My Review of Isabel De Los Rios’ “Diet Solution Program”

            Choosing the right weight loss diet is vital to your weight loss success.
With so many weight loss diets on the market, it can be extremely difficult to choose the diet plan that is right for you.
I have to say I am not a person that can be easily influenced when it comes to fitness and diet. Being a biomedical engineer, I possess quite an extensive knowledge of nutrition, therefore I have the tendency to analyze, observe and investigate all the diet and fitness programs available.            
And once I decided in favor of a healthy lifestyle, I did a very detailed analysis of what’s on the market…. A six-month analysis…

            It is true, I spent time and money, but it was well worth it because I found a proper diet plan that I use with great results. It is called The Diet Solution Program, by certified and renowned nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios.
