Wake-up Call Questions

Every morning I review my secret, sacred "guiding documents" that keep me on track to doing what I love, helping others, and of course, building a lean muscular physique and increasing my vitality and health.
And today just happened to be the day that I was to review this question from my quotations document: “Is the life you're living worth what you are giving up to have it?”
You may have heard this question in church, at a personal development seminar, or even just from a respected elder. But it could be one of the most powerful questions anyone will ever ask you.
Are working too much for too little? Sacrificing time with your family just to make a few extra bucks to buy things you do not need?
Are you sacrificing your long-term health and vitality in exchange for the rush and recklessness of cigarettes & alcohol?
Are you giving in to junk food, which causes belly fat and leads to you being discriminated against at work?
Are you skipping workouts to watch TV or sit at the bar, leaving you without the lean mass you desire?
So many questions...and I am not done yet. And yes… I realize that you probably want me to shut up and stop challenging you.
But I DO mean to bug you!
Once you have answered that question, answer these:
Are you doing what you want in life?
Are you living the personal life that you want?
Are you doing enough of the little things that make you happy?
Are you spending enough time with the people that make you happy?
Are you making the best use of the limited time you have?
Now I know that some folks will answer a resounding "YES!" to all of these, and I am super proud of you and happy for you.
But for others, answering these questions might be like getting a bucket of icey cold water to the face.
These questions are a wake-up call.
But there's light at the end of the tunnel.
So here is the most important question to ask yourself...this is THE LIFE-CHANGING question...
If things are not going great, what is at least one thing you can do to start making a change right now, today?
You do not have to tell me (but if you want to comment, I would like to hear from you and maybe even help guide you to a solution).
But most importantly, just tell yourself, and then get started on making the change. That's how you get things done.
Remember what I said earlier today...research shows that the biggest regret people have in life is not something they did, but something they DID NOT do.
And I don't want you to go through life regretting that you never did this or that, because "living a life of regret SUCKS".
If you have regrets right now, you need to change. And yes, it will require you getting outside of your comfort zone, but that is what life is all about. That is how we live the life worth living. Yes?
If you want to find your mission in life, to build the lean mass you want and deserve, to find the MATE you desire, and yes, to even earn the money you deserve, then I highly recommend you take action and start making a change today.
It's not "just" about workouts. It is about working on every part of YOU so that you live the life you have always wanted to live.
I INVITE YOU TO START A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TODAY, SO YOU CAN ENJOY THE BEST OF YOUR LIFE.

There is never a bad time to start a better life!

We all know that our formula for living is quite simple. We get up in the morning and we go to bed at night. We all do that, so what makes the difference? The obvious answer is what we do in between.
In our everyday life, we meet all kinds of people who don’t enjoy what they do, they simply go through their lives getting on with it. They get no great pleasure for what they do. They endure it rather then enjoy it and wait for the weekend. Nevertheless, we also met people who love what they do and could not imagine doing anything else.
I always wondered why some choose the game of success and happiness, and the others do not. It is a decent question because we only get to play this game only one time, one life…
Not everything about life is enjoyable, but the low points help us enjoy the high points. While I may not enjoy those low points, I can appreciate their value. Therefore, I suggest, "Appreciate every minute of life".
There is never a bad time to start a better life! We should all love life, because what more is there?
Once I understood this, I began the wonderful journey of changing.
Now, I occupy myself as best as I can and try to bring as much value as I can in everybody’s life, including mine, off course.
But, what gives me the right to have an opinion on the matter of living healthy, in general and living healthy through smart fitness, in particular?
Well, I am a certified biomedical engineer, so I know quite a lot about nutrition.
However, I can assure you that this is not why I am entitled to on opinion.
You see, the extensive knowledge I possess about eating the right food, at the right time did not stop me from becoming overweight. Or mildly obese, as my ex-wife "kindly" referred to me 2 years ago.
What is it, then?!
Nothing else but the power of example.
Two years ago, I was 34, overweight and have all the related problems: health problems, family problems, emotional problems…
At this very day, after 13 months of smart fitness training, not only that I have lost 54 pounds of body fat, but I also succeeded in building a lean and much stronger physique. I am in the best shape of my life and as healthy as I can be!
Yeah, the correct answer is the power of example.
And if you want to be an example for yourself and the others, I am confident that you will find the following lines quite interesting.

I will start by asking you a simple question: When you look in the mirror, are you happy with what you see? This is a very important question. Because the way you feel about yourself dictates how everybody else will feel about you: your friends, your wife, your husband, even your kids. The way you feel about yourself, the way you treat yourself sets the standard for others.
If you are the minority that looks great, I am truly happy for you. All I have to say to you is, keep up the good work, enjoy the best of life and help other people to experience the best of their lives, too. Teach them the ideas that made a difference in your life.
However, if you are a part of my majority, the part that needs a certain amount of physical improvements, I will first say that you should never allow yourself to be made a victim because of the way you look! Accept no one’s definition of your life! Define yourself! Keep in mind that no one else is responsible for your body except you! So start defining yourself, today!
